ALL items I listed are of the same items for sell. Occasionally you may see the colors on the pictures doesn’t look like the real item, either too light or too dark depending on the camera and the light. I urge you to look at the description and the picture for matching and pictures not always 100% exactly as the real item, does the shape, sizes, measurement as described. There is no reason to contact eBay for open case as “item not matching description”. In my opinion, open cases with eBay is for when sellers not cooperate with you, or you purchase FAKE items, or you paid for item but didn’t receive it. USPS can’t track once it left USPS territory. It only shown “in transit”, or in some cases it will say “in transit to destination”. It cannot not tell whether customer receives it or n.
